Returns and refunds

All Mark & Matter products are made to order. Production begins before dispatch, so orders may not be changed after production starts.

Cancellations
You may request cancellation through the Shopify contact form before production starts. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Change of mind and sizing
Because items are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind or size-based returns. Please review the size information on the product page before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us through the Shopify contact form within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, order email, a description of the issue, and clear photos. After review, we may provide a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Delivery
Tracking is provided where available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can vary by destination, production, and carrier conditions.
